Vocamente AI Practice

Vocamente provides educational Spanish-learning tools, including an adaptive level test and AI-assisted practice. Results, CEFR estimates, scores and AI feedback are learning aids and are not official language certifications.

Free access

A learner may receive up to 10 AI tutor messages without a paid subscription. The allowance is enforced server-side using account/profile and device information. Attempts to bypass technical limits or automate abusive use may be blocked.

Vocamente Plus

Vocamente Plus is offered at €9.99 per month where available. It renews automatically until cancelled. Plus currently includes personalized AI tutoring, Daily 5 practice, Mistake Bank and progress features, and voice practice, subject to reasonable monthly fair-use limits displayed in the product.

Fair-use limits

The current Plus pilot limit is up to 1,000 AI tutor turns and 300 voice actions per monthly usage period. These limits are designed to control automated abuse and third-party API costs. Vocamente may adjust limits for future billing periods with appropriate notice before changes affect an existing subscription.

Payments and cancellation

Recurring payments are processed by Stripe. Paid users can access the billing portal from their profile to update payment details, view invoices or cancel. Cancellation is configured to take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law or a specific offer provides otherwise.

AI limitations

AI-generated explanations, corrections, transcriptions and speech can contain mistakes. Learners should treat them as educational assistance rather than guaranteed expert or professional advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to attack, reverse engineer, overload or circumvent access controls; share access in a way intended to evade plan limits; or submit content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Intellectual property

Vocamente branding, course design and PsychoLanguage® materials are proprietary to their respective owner(s). Access to the service does not transfer ownership of Vocamente intellectual property.

Important commercial-launch note

These pilot terms describe the intended product mechanics but are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice. Before broad paid marketing, Vocamente should have final terms reviewed for the business entity, applicable consumer cancellation/withdrawal rights, taxes, dispute rules, digital-service requirements and governing law.
